At GramHub, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy explains our policy regarding refunds for subscription payments.

By subscribing to our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.

2. Subscription Refunds

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

2.2 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed in advance for the full year. If you cancel your annual subscription within the first 30 days, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the remaining unused months, minus any processing fees.

After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevent you from using the service and cannot be resolved by our support team
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Unauthorized charges on your account
  • Service unavailability for extended periods (more than 48 hours) due to our fault

Note: Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind after subscription
  • Failure to use the service
  • Dissatisfaction with analytics results (as data is based on public information)
  • Inability to access private Instagram accounts (our service only accesses public data)

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Transaction ID or receipt number
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any relevant screenshots or documentation

5. Refund Processing

5.1 Review Process

All refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days. We will notify you of the decision via email.

5.2 Processing Time

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 10-14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Note: The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take additional time.

5.3 Processing Fees

In some cases, payment processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount. This depends on your payment method and the timing of the refund request.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately suspend or terminate your account
  • Dispute the chargeback with evidence of service delivery
  • Refuse future service to your account

We encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Canceling your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refunds are handled separately according to the terms outlined in this policy.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
