Billing Terms

1. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Debit cards
  • Other payment methods as may be made available from time to time

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

2. Subscription Plans and Pricing

2.1 Available Plans

We offer the following subscription plan:

  • Premium: $14.99/month or $143.90/year

2.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable taxes where required by law.

Annual subscriptions offer approximately 20% savings compared to monthly billing.

2.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated to existing subscribers at least 30 days in advance and will apply to subsequent billing periods.

Your current subscription price will remain in effect for the duration of your current billing period.

3. Billing Cycle

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew each month on the same date as your initial subscription.

3.2 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed in advance for the full year. Your subscription will automatically renew each year on the same date as your initial subscription.

3.3 Billing Date

Your billing date is determined by the date you first subscribe. If your billing date falls on a date that doesn't exist in a particular month (e.g., January 31st), your billing will occur on the last day of that month.

4. Automatic Renewal

Unless you cancel your subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing period. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the renewal amount.

You will receive an email notification before each renewal. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date to avoid being charged.

5. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to process the payment again. If payment continues to fail:

  • We will notify you via email
  • Your subscription may be suspended until payment is successful
  • After multiple failed attempts, your subscription may be canceled

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds.

6. Upgrades and Downgrades

6.1 Upgrading

You may upgrade your subscription at any time. When upgrading, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period, and your billing cycle will continue as normal.

6.2 Downgrading

You may downgrade your subscription at any time. Downgrades will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to your current plan's features until the end of the billing period.

We do not provide refunds for the difference when downgrading mid-cycle.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

After cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.

8. Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy. Generally:

  • Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the billing period begins
  • Annual subscriptions may be eligible for prorated refunds within the first 30 days
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

9. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction. We will add applicable taxes to your subscription fee where required by law.

If you are located in a region where we are required to collect taxes, these will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

10. Payment Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your payment information. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant.

We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment information on our servers.

11. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have a billing dispute, please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly and promptly.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
